A truck or trailer frame does not last forever. Incorrect loading or hauling of equipment can cause vertical and horizontal bends in your trailer. Tipping or rolling a truck or trailer can cause cross members to bend.
New trailers like low boys, highboys and step decks have a positive arch in them when purchased new. Over time and overloading the trailer eventually causes the frame to sag. We can restore a frame with negative camber back to that of a new trailer.
Frame straightening is almost a science unto itself. The equipment is placed on the frame rack and high pressure jacks are hooked to points on the frame and the frame is pulled and pushed back to its original shape. It doesn’t matter what the weight or size is. We can straighten your axles and frame on your truck or trailer up to 24 meters long with an overall weight rating of 65 tons.
If you are working with an insurance adjuster, you have a choice where you take your equipment. We work with all adjusters to make sure your equipment is repaired to its original shape.
