We are looking for an engaging, energetic Experienced Parts Technician Back Counter for our heavy truck and trailer dealership located in Acheson Industrial Area that prides itself in offering quality products, service, and a knowledgeable team.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Provide requested parts to service technicians
- Make suggestions on additional parts that may be needed for repair
- Order parts in a timely manner and ensure all parts are charged to service workorders and/or invoices, including returns
- Update service jobs on workorders
- Answer incoming phone calls, handle any overflow from front counter
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock; organize and maintain parts retail store
- Tool and Shop Supply monitoring and management
- Annual inventory
Requirements:
- Previous heavy truck and trailer parts work experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts – all makes and models
- Prior parts sourcing and purchasing for heavy duty parts
- Excellent customer service skills working with external and internal customers
- Strong attention to details and the numbers
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Organized and self-motivated with strong verbal communication skills
- Energetic, detailed, and team oriented
