Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Daily sales visits to existing and new customers
- Build customer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisor
- Advising customers what works best for them
- In and out of town travel
- Collaborating with the marketing team to highlight new features
- CRM – relationship management system input
Qualifications:
- Experienced in sales
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts – all makes and models
- Excellent customer service skills working with external and internal customers
- Strong attention to details and the numbers
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Organized and self-motivated with strong verbal communication skills
- Energetic, detailed, and team oriented
